    Natascha Cumberlidge, Managing Director

    Natascha has more than a decade of healthcare experience across the government, industry and nonprofit sectors. She served as a Senior Legislative Aide to nine-term U.S. Congressman John Tierney, where she developed and analyzed legislation related to the Affordable Care Act, Medicare and Medicaid, and drug pricing. She went on to become a Vice President in the healthcare practice of the government and public affairs firm Venn Strategies, where her clients ranged from pharmaceutical companies and hospital systems to professional societies and issue advocacy organizations. Her engagement with the U.S. government has spanned Congress, the National Institutes of Health,the Food and Drug Administration, and the Biomedical Advanced Research and Development Authority. As a Director at the health policy nonprofit Continuum Health Group, Natascha guided work with one of the nation’s largest and most influential policy-focused philanthropies, known for backing evidence-based, system-level reform. A bilingual native of the U.S. and Germany, she now splits her time between Washington, DC and Munich and is routinely asked to bridge transatlantic health policy and market contexts.
